Whole-person care, grounded in science and centered on you.

Who I Work Best With

You feel “off,” even though your labs say everything’s normal.

Your symptoms are real — fatigue that hits out of nowhere, mood swings that don’t make sense, sudden anxiety, sleep issues, bloating, brain fog — and you want someone who won’t dismiss them.

Your symptoms come in waves, and you can’t predict how you’ll feel week to week.

Some days you feel fine. Other days you feel overwhelmed, wired, exhausted, or unlike yourself. You want to understand why.

Your hormones feel like they’re shifting, and you want clarity — not confusion.

Whether it’s perimenopause, menopause, postpartum changes, cycle irregularities, or unexplained shifts — you want guidance grounded in both science and compassion.

Stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm are affecting your health.

You’re carrying a lot — caregiving, work, relationships, trauma history, neurodivergence — and you want care that recognizes the whole picture, not just the symptoms.

Your mood, energy, or sleep feel unpredictable.

Waking up wired at 3am. Feeling exhausted after doing the bare minimum. Snapping at people you love. Feeling unmotivated or overstimulated. You want to understand the mind–body connection.

You want more than a prescription or a quick fix.

You want someone who will look at hormones, nervous system health, nutrition, lifestyle, metabolism, and stress — and actually connect the dots.

You want care that feels unhurried, thoughtful, and centered on you.

You’re tired of rushing through appointments, repeating your story, or feeling brushed off. You want a partner in your healing.

You’re ready for personalized, root-cause care.

Not another generic plan. Not another “try this and come back in three months.” A real plan made for your body and your life.

Your Care Journey

  • A healthcare professional taking a patient's blood pressure with a digital monitor in a medical setting.

Comprehensive 90-Minute First Visit (In-Person or House Call)

Your first appointment is a 90-minute, in-person visit so I can take your vitals and complete a thorough initial assessment. If needed, this visit can also be done as a house call with an additional fee.. During this time, we explore your symptoms, hormone patterns, health history, nervous system responses, sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle. I review any recent labs you have or determine whether new labs are needed so we can move forward with clarity.

    Personalized Wellness & Hormone Plan

After your assessment, I create a treatment plan tailored to your body — not a template. This may include hormone therapy options, supplements, nutrition guidance, lifestyle adjustments, and strategies to support your stress response and nervous system. I explain everything in plain language so you understand what we’re addressing and why.

Ongoing Follow-Up Support (Online, In-Person, or House Call)

Follow-up visits are available in 60-minute or 30-minute formats and can be done online, or in person— whatever works best for you. These sessions focus on reviewing your progress, adjusting medications or hormone dosing, refining supplement and lifestyle recommendations, and discussing updated lab results. Your lived experience guides each step, and you’re supported throughout your entire healing journey.
