Comprehensive 90-Minute First Visit (In-Person or House Call)
Your first appointment is a 90-minute, in-person visit so I can take your vitals and complete a thorough initial assessment. If needed, this visit can also be done as a house call with an additional fee.. During this time, we explore your symptoms, hormone patterns, health history, nervous system responses, sleep, stress, nutrition, and lifestyle. I review any recent labs you have or determine whether new labs are needed so we can move forward with clarity.

Personalized Wellness & Hormone Plan
After your assessment, I create a treatment plan tailored to your body — not a template. This may include hormone therapy options, supplements, nutrition guidance, lifestyle adjustments, and strategies to support your stress response and nervous system. I explain everything in plain language so you understand what we’re addressing and why.

Ongoing Follow-Up Support (Online, In-Person, or House Call)
Follow-up visits are available in 60-minute or 30-minute formats and can be done online, or in person— whatever works best for you. These sessions focus on reviewing your progress, adjusting medications or hormone dosing, refining supplement and lifestyle recommendations, and discussing updated lab results. Your lived experience guides each step, and you’re supported throughout your entire healing journey.
